Where can I receive my order?
- It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. ) or picked up from our Flagship store. (Chevy View Estate, Chevron, Lagos)
Processing time:
- Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed. Please note that the 2-3 working days processing time is NOT included in the estimated delivery time (excluding orders within Lagos).
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Lagos: same day or next working day.
- Outside Lagos delivery: 3-5 working days.
- International delivery: 5-7 working days
How much do I pay for the delivery service?
- Store Pickup – FREE.
- Standard delivery – Lagos- N3500- N7,500 (depending on area)
- Outside Lagos: N8,500 (Flat Rate)
- International deliveries – shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and it varies according to the country.
WITHIN ABUJA AND NIGERIA:
- Deliveries within Lagos and Nigeria are fulfilled via local dispatch company. Before delivery, you will be called to re-confirm your address.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
- Deliveries outside Nigeria are fulfilled via DHL. Once your order has shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking number. DHL will call you when at your location.
- All our deliveries are door-to-door.
Item not delivered?
- If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed.
- Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the delivery company to ensure packages are delivered.
- Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
Customs and Duties Charges:
- Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Laide Fash has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility.
