What is our return policy?
- We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original condition with original tags attached for a return or an exchange.
- All merchandise should be returned within 3 days after delivery (local orders) and 7 days (international orders). You are able to return for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time.
- Returned items must be in their original unused condition including all tags. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
- Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
- All Flash sale, Black Friday and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
- ALL CUSTOM ORDERS CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
- An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
- You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
- If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required.
